The City of San Marcos hired an outside consultant, Ultra Systems, to conduct an initial environmental assessment. The report covers many things, including impacts on: traffic, wildlife/plantlife, aesthetics, geology and many others. There is even mention of some archaeological significance of the property that is listed as "CONFIDENTIAL". The full report begins below.
